Reporting Criteria

  1. Client should rapport issues through the communication channels are described under Contact Channels.
  2. When reporting an issue, clients should please always provide specific information such as:
    • title of the publication;
    • pubcode;
    • edition;
    • which page(s) the issue occurs on;
    • a clear description of the issue supported by an -attachment, screenshots or error messages.
  3. Weekly X-CAGO meetings are organised internally where all open, pending and resolved issues are discussed with all departments. 
  4. If an issue needs to be escalated, please reach out to your Key Account Manager at X-CAGO
