Marketing & Business Development Intern – Market Analysis Positioning and Service Portfolio

Your Internship Assignment: Positioning and Service Portfolio
As a Marketing & Business Development Intern, you will be given the strategic assignment to research the current market position of X-CAGO’s services and advise on the expansion of our service portfolio.
Your work is crucial for the company’s future commercial strategy.
Your assignment and responsibility:
- Competitive and Market Analysis: Je voert diepgaand marktonderzoek uit om de positionering van X-CAGO ten opzichte van concurrenten te bepalen, specifiek voor onze huidige service- en dienstenpakketten.
- Competitive and Market Analysis: You conduct in-depth market research to determine X-CAGO’s positioning relative to competitors, specifically for our current service packages.
- Customer Value Determination: You analyze how our current services are experienced and identify ‘white spots’ in the market that X-CAGO can fill with new services.
- Future Services Research: You identify and research the feasibility of new potential services. This includes advising on the commercialization of our R&D projects, such as:
- Services around the RAG Chatbot
- Implementation and advisory services for the Digital Archive including AI applications.
- Supporting services for our AI Integration for Content Enrichment.
- Strategic Recommendations: You translate your insights into concrete, well-founded recommendations for adjusting or expanding our service portfolio and the associated pricing strategy.
What do we ask of you?
- You are pursuing a Higher Professional Education (HBO) or University (WO) degree in Marketing, Business Development, Management, or a similar commercial-technical field.
- You have sharp analytical insight and are able to structure and present complex information.
- You are independent, strong in communication, and have an affinity with B2B software, IT solutions, and the media/publishing industry.
- You have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English. German is desirable.
