Support WebCrawling
X-CAGO generally provides production-related support by e-mail and telephone during Dutch working days, i.e. from Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00), excluding Dutch public holidays. During the above-mentioned hours, the X-CAGO WebCrawler team can be reached by e-mail at webcrawler@x-cago.com or by phone at +31 (0)475 35 40 60.
Any operational enquiries, such as adding or closing a website, should also be sent to webcrawler@x-cago.com and the WebCrawler team will respond to the ticket within 1-2 working days.
In case of an emergency, X-CAGO can be reached outside the above-mentioned hours by calling the office number +31 (0)475 35 40 60 or the support number +31 6 53 26 59 36 (if the office number is not answered). The emphasis here is on emergencies. Routine requests such as missing articles, errors on websites, misconfigurations on websites, etc. should be sent to webcrawler@x-cago.com. The X-CAGO WebCrawler team will respond to these emails the next business day. If the emergency is due to a failure of X-CAGO's systems, Customer will not be charged. However, if the cause of the emergency is not related to an X-CAGO failure, such as changed passwords and crawl blockers, the standard consulting workflow will apply.
All enquiries regarding technical issues, delivery changes, delivery errors etc. should be sent to webcrawler@x-cago.com.
With respect to troubleshooting and correction, support and maintenance services will be provided promptly within a reasonable troubleshooting/correction time after an error has been discovered by X-CAGO or reported to X-CAGO.
