Procedure for adding/removing or changing editions via the Scheduling Template:

X-CAGO needs to receive publication schedules up front for all issues that are to be published (at least once per quarter, but once per annum if preferred). If there are changes to the production schedule, X-CAGO needs to receive an updated schedule 3 days in advance if it concerning magazines, and 1 day in advance if it concerning newspapers. The feeds received should match the title/pubcode and on-sale-date as specified in the schedules to be able to import them.

(A) Date of Change:
Please enter the date when the schedule modifications/additions/removals are made.

(B) Release Date Changed (Yes/No):
Indicate "Yes" if the release date of any issue has been changed. If the release date remains the same, please select "No."

(C) Date Deleted (Yes/No):
Select "Yes" if an edition has been removed from the schedule. If editions are not to be deleted, choose "No."

(D) Title:
Please enter the title of the publication.

(E) Publisher:
Enter the name of the publisher off the publication.

(F) Issue:
Specify the unique issue identifier (e.g., 1/2025, 20250101, Issue 1/2025).

(G) Pubcode:
Specify the pubcode associated with the publication.

(H) Release Date:
Please provide the publication's release date in the format DD-MM-YYYY.
